aiLink: Hypertext Linkage Visualization

aiLink was developed in order to show how easily aiSee can be integrated into a Web-based application. aiLink gets a copy of a Web page, collects all hyperlinks pointing from that page in a GDL file and tells aiSee to visualize the linkage graph. Output images are mapped with hyperlinks and javascript tooltips.

Please note

  • Framesets are currently not supported.
  • This demo is limited to pages with less than 99 hyperlinks.
  • Visualization of some Web pages is disabled.
  • Tested with Netscape 4.7x, Konqueror 2.2.1, Mozilla 1.0 RC2, Mozilla Firebird 0.6.1, IE 5.0, IE 5.5, IE 6.0, and Opera 7.01.
Konqueror doesn't display javascript node tooltips; Mozilla, Opera and IE display area title fields instead (which contain the same information).
