Enhanced export to SVG:

Added support for dashed and dotted edges and node borders.
Added support for the JavaScript event handlers onMouseMove, onMouseDown and onMouseUp. The href anchor attribute is now optional.
Boxed subgraphs are now enclosed in groups labeled with the corresponding subgraph titles.
Optimized export routines: the output SVG files are now up to 40% smaller.

Added support for additional bitmap fonts for subgraph labels.
Improved export of HTML image maps.
Fixed assertion failures in force-directed layout.
Other bugfixes.
Online documentation updates.
