aiSee: Subgraph Layout

This example shows a graph with four identical subgraphs. In GDL, each subgraph may have layout attributes of its own (layout algorithm, graph orientation, etc.). aiSee also allows to interactively change the layout settings for each individual subgraph. In the above example, the following layout settings have been made:

• Subgraph 1: Force-directed layout
• Subgraph 2: Tree layout
• Subgraph 3: DFS layout, orientation left-to-right
• Subgraph 4: Tree layout, orientation left-to-right, manhattan edges, splines
