aiSee: Subgraph Layout<>index

Subgraph layout

This example shows a graph with four identical subgraphs. In GDL, each subgraph may have layout attributes of its own (layout algorithm, graph orientation, etc.). aiSee also allows to interactively change the layout settings for each subgraph individually. In the above example, the following layout settings have been made:

Subgraph 1: Force-directed layout
Subgraph 2: Tree layout
Subgraph 3: DFS layout, orientation left-to-right
Subgraph 4: Tree layout, orientation left-to-right, manhattan edges, splines
