Scrollbars (Fine-Tuning)
The vertical and horizontal scrollbars for the virtual window
(outermost scrollbars on the left and bottom of the graph window) are used
to respectively position the virtual window at an x or y coordinate,
i.e. they move the window through the coordinate system.
The vertical and horizontal scrollbars for the display window
(innermost scrollbars on the left and bottom of the graph window)
are used to scroll the display window through the virtual window.
These scrollbars enable the position of the visible
part of the graph to be fine-tuned.
It should be noted that repositioning the virtual window causes part
of the graph to be redrawn. Scrolling the display over the virtual
window only causes the display window to be refreshed. Refreshing is
usually a much faster operation.
