aiSee for Unix: User Manual<>index

Centering nodes

Select Center Node... in the main menu or press the 'n' key to open the Title dialog box. This enables nodes to be continuously chosen which are centered in the main window. See Table 6 for the keyboard commands in this dialog box.

Show neighbors

Select Show Neighbors in the main menu or press the 's' key to select a node to show all its direct neighbors in the graph specification. Direct neighbors of a given node are all nodes that are connected to it via a visible, invisible or hidden edge. (Edges can be hidden because egde classes can be hidden or because of folded or boxed subgraphs.)

Each neighbor is annotated by an arrow head in order to distinguish outgoing edges from incoming ones. A number in parentheses indicates the class of an edge. Invisible edges are indicated, too. For the keyboard commands in this dialog box, see Table 6.
