The neighbor region consists of all nodes that are a maximum of n edges away from the start nodes and belong to the edge classes selected. The direction of the edges is immaterial here.
A single neighbor region is selected by choosing the start nodes by left-clicking on them.
To finish selecting an individual region, press the right mouse button.
The number n of edges that defines the size of a neighbor region
can be changed in the View dialog
box. Select View... in the
Misc menu in the menu line.
The number n (n=3 by default) appears
in the View dialog box below
Neighbor Region Range and is changed by using the scrollbar.
