The normal electronic delivery is free of charge. To also receive a CD-ROM and a printed manual, add 110/$135* (see Manuals section). Minor software updates are free of charge for 180 days from your purchase. The annual fee for support/maintenance is 20% of the list price on your order, but at least 800/$984*. We also offer special rates for upgrades.

Purchasers from EU countries: please note that a surcharge of 19% VAT is required. However, if the purchasing institution is VAT-registered, the surcharge need not be paid. To omit the surcharge, please supply your VAT-number with your order.
